Alex Stalock was solid in the crease for the Blackhawks Friday night, stopping 27 of 29 shots faced in a 5-2 win over the Blue Jackets.
Fantasy Impact:
Stalock has allowed three goals of less in three of his last four starts (2-1-1, .906 save percentage) for the club. It is puzzling why the veteran netminder has not seen more work as the more consistent option compared to No. 1 goaltender Petr Mrazek, carrying a 2.78 GAA and .917 save percentage in eight appearances (4-2-1) in net so far this season.
