Ekblad has been out of action since suffering a lower-body injury Oct. 17 against the Boston Bruins, missing 10 games as a result. The 26-year-old tallied one goal in three games prior to the injury with seven shots, four penalty minutes, and a plus-one rating as well. Despite the lukewarm start, Ekblad should return as one of the premium fantasy defenders the league has to offer on the heels of a 15-goal, 57-point campaign across 61 contests.
