Craig Anderson and Sabres take down Toronto
by Jeremy Farr | Sabres Correspondent | Wed, Apr 13th 10:55am EDT
Craig Anderson backstopped Buffalo to a 5-2 victory over the Toronto Maple Leafs on Tuesday night, on the road. He saved 24 of 26 shots for a .964 save percentage.
Fantasy Impact:
The damage was done by Timothy Liljegren and Alex Kerfoot at even strength. The first was a shot off the backboards that Liljegren collected and shot through the crease. It caught Anderson's pad and went in. The second was a puck that eeked over the line just barely. The win brings him to 15-11-0-2 with a 3.09 GAA and .900 save percentage. If you're in dire need of a goalie start, Anderson is an option.
