Golden Knights head coach Pete DeBoer confirmed that Brett Howden will replace the injured William Karlsson on the team's top line Tuesday night against the Maple Leafs. (Vegas Golden Knights on Twitter)

Howden will center wingers Jonathan Marchessault and Reilly Smith. It's a big opportunity for Howden, who is scoreless this season in six games played.
