Before scoring an empty netter in the final minute, Vermette set up Rakell with a great lead pass around the defender for the first Anaheim goal 4 minutes in, then won a puck race to a 50-50 puck to tap it to Getzlaf, who could feed Rakell for the lines' second goal in the period.
