Jordie Benn earned an assist during Thursday's 3-2 loss to the Ottawa Senators.

Benn put an end to his six game pointless drought with an assist at the 11:28 mark of the second period Thursday night. Benn has seen increased time on the ice due to Johnny Oduya being placed on injured reserve. Even with more time, Benn has been ineffective from a fantasy perspective with just 14 points through 51 games this season.
