Justin Jefferson Week 2 Outlook - 49ers at Vikings

Justin Jefferson had a modest four catches for 59 yards in Week 1 but salvaged his day with a touchdown catch. The low volume was the product of an unexpectedly positive game script. Jefferson's score gave the Vikings a 14-3 lead, and the lead only grew from there. We do not expect Minnesota's Week 2 tilt against the San Francisco 49ers to play out similarly. That means targets should come Jefferson's way early and often. San Francisco surrendered the fifth-most receptions to opposing wideouts last year, though that was accompanied by a league-low 10.8 yards per catch.
