Elliott heads back to Dallas after a one-year stint with the Patriots. Last season should have fully proven that Elliott's tires are flat. Elliott will mix in with Rico Dowdle to form an uninspiring committee in Dallas. Elliott is a touchdown-dependant flex/RB4.
