Tracy Porter slips and falls on go-ahead touchdown
by Rob Schwarz, Jr. | Mon, Oct 17th 12:20pm EDT
The Chicago Bears were dominating this game, but could not put big points on the board. Too often Brian Hoyer could not punch it in the end zone and the Bears settled for field goals. The lack of points bit them in the rear as Tracy Porter slipped and fell on a play that allowed Arrelious Benn score the winning touchdown for the Jaguars. Chicago had a chance, but could not drive down the field to make a field goal and lost 16-17. Tracy Porter finished with two pass deflections, an interception and no tackles.
Fantasy Impact:
Porter can look like a shutdown corner one minute and mediocre the next. His fantasy value is slim due to his consistency at racking up tackles. He now has two interceptions and 20 total tackles on the season. Look elsewhere for a corner or DB in your fantasy league.
