Brandon Tate signs with Bills

Veteran wide receiver Brandon Tate, who spent the past five seasons with Cincinnati, mostly as a returner, signed with the Buffalo Bills on Tuesday. (Pro Football Talk)
Fantasy Impact:
Buffalo may be looking for an alternative or complement to Reggie Bush as their primary kickoff and/or punt returner. They also may be looking to upgrade their receiving depth, as Marquise Goodwin, Greg Salas and Walt Powell are the backups behind Sammy Watkins and Robert Woods. Even in leagues where special-teams return touchdowns count for individuals, Tate hasn't run one back to the house since 2011, so he can be ignored.
