Stephen Tulloch signs with Philadelphia

The Philadelphia Eagles and LB Stephen Tulloch have agreed to terms on a one-year $3 million deal that includes $1.75 million in guaranteed money. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Tulloch will likely be a rotational player on Philadelphia's linebacker corps in 2016. The 31-year-old adds a veteran presence on the field and in the locker room, something that is vital for a rebuilding team like the Eagles. Philadelphia's D/ST should only be used in favorable matchups in 2016 season and remain on the waiver wire to open the campaign.
