Ryan Nassib is indecisive again in second preseason outing
by John Camera | Sat, Aug 20th 7:29pm EDT
Ryan Nassib came into the game to the relieve Eli Manning and saw time with the starting offensive line. Despite this, Nassib still finished an absurd 2-12, a 16.7 completion percentage, with 25 yards. The Giants' primary backup QB was also sacked twice for 13 yards and lost a fumble on the first sack.
Fantasy Impact:
Nassib has appeared to regress over the past two preseason games from where he was even last year at this point. He is not decisive in delivering passes and holds the ball too long. Although he did not throw any interceptions this game, his 10 incompletions show that his accuracy concerns are still apparent. Nassib will have less opportunities next game against the Jets with Eli Manning and the starting unit likely getting the majority of snaps.
