The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports that the Falcons want to give running back Devonta Freeman a lighter workload in order to keep him fresh throughout the season. (Atlanta Journal-Constitution)
Fantasy Impact:
The carries that Freeman cedes will go to sophomore Tevin Coleman, who is more of a home-run hitter than Freeman. All signs point to Freeman having a drastically reduced workload in 2016. While his efficiency may go up, he is still a hard sell as a top end RB1 in fantasy formats this year. He projects more as a high-end RB2, while Coleman could flirt with RB2 status as well depending on his performance.
