According to Ed Bouchette of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, free agent CB Brandon Boykin's (hip) is battling a hip injury "that might end his career." (Pittsburgh-Post Gazette)

Brandon Boykin played four seasons in the NFL before his career came into question. The free agent corner signed with the Panthers this offseason only to be released shortly after being acquired. Boykin is a solid NFL corner who has tallied two sacks, eight interceptions and a touchdown in his short tenure in the league.
