Victor Cruz running at full speed

Victor Cruz participated in full-speed acceleration drills on the sidelines with trainers on Monday at the team's OTAs. He's hoping to be full-go for training camp in July. (Art Stapleton on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Cruz continues to impress and could be an intriguing option in what was a solid offense in 2016. He certainly carries injury risk, but he should come at a value entering the season given his lost campaign of 2015. Even so, our experts feel like he's being drafted well above his value, as they don't view him as a useful option outside of the deepest leagues.
