After drafting a surplus of WRs, Browns have released veteran WR Brian Hartline, as @ProFootballTalk also reported.

Fantasy Impact:

The Cleveland Browns parted ways with Brian Hartline on Monday. Hartline played in 12 games in his only season with the Browns in 2015 and finished the year with 46 receptions, 523 yards and two touchdowns. Hartline will likely catch on with another team prior to the start of the regular season.
