Jets sign Bruce Carter to one-year deal

Bruce Carter will likely compete for a starting job on New York's linebacker corps. For Carter, injuries have been an issue throughout his career but his talent garners taking a chance on the five-year pro. In 14 games with the Buccaneers in 2015, Carter finished the season with 47 tackles, two sacks and two pass deflections.
