Ohio State quarterback Cardale Jones' combine workout ended prematurely due to a hamstring injury suffered during the 40-yard dash. (Kimberly Jones on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Jones was spotted sitting on a bench icing his right hamstring and told NFL Media reporter Kimberly Jones that he was done for the day. His official time on his first attempt was 4.81 seconds, but the injury occurred on his second attempt just a few yards short of the finish. His second attempt was unofficially clocked at 4.85 seconds. Poor performance early last season got Jones replaced by backup passer J.T. Barrett, so this combine was especially important for Jones.
