Malcom Floyd sees nine targets in Week 14 loss to Kansas City
by Paul Alan | Mon, Dec 14th 9:29am EST
With Stevie Johnson and Dontrelle Inman both missing Sunday's game at Kansas City, Malcom Floyd took the field as the number one receiver for the Bolts. He saw a healthy nine targets, but could only haul in three of them for a total of 56 yards. Philip Rivers did look to him downfield late in the game, but the two were unable to hook up in the end zone. (ESPN)
Fantasy Impact:
As a boom-or-bust option in an offense that hasn't scored a single touchdown in the last two games, Malcom Floyd just isn't a viable starting option in season-long leagues.
