C.J. Anderson has just eight touches before leaving game with ankle injury
by Blake Glosson | Sun, Dec 6th 8:08pm EST
C.J. Anderson carried the ball seven times for 42 yards and had one catch for 12 yards in the Broncos' 17-3 win over the Chargers on Sunday.
Fantasy Impact:
It was a nice start to the game for Anderson, as he averaged nearly seven yards-per-touch in the first half. Unfortunately, the promising day came to a sudden halt when he was ruled out for the second half with an ankle injury. It is unclear at this point how severe the injury is, although it could be related to the ankle injury he suffered earlier this season. Juwan Thompson and Ronnie Hillman split time in his absence. Owners of both Hillman and Anderson need to monitor Anderson's status this week, leading up to another good matchup next Sunday against the Raiders.
