The Chicago Bears will have the services of their top wide receiver in tonight's game against Green Bay.
Fantasy Impact:
Jeffrey was listed as questionable all week and limited in practice. He's sure to receive the bulk of the team's targets with WR Eddie Royal and TE Martellus Bennett both inactive.
