Jimmy Clausen waived by Bears
by Rob Schwarz, Jr. | Mon, Nov 23rd 5:15pm EST
The Bears made a small roster move on Monday by waiving backup quarterback Jimmy Clausen and promoting David Fales. The move was prompted by another team having interest in Fales. Rumors are pointing that the team may have been the Ravens after losing Joe Flacco to a season-ending knee injury. The connection being that Fales is familiar with OC Marc Trestman's offense. Fantasy Impact:
Unless you are in the habit of handcuffing your quarterbacks, this has zero fantasy impact. It does show that the Bears' front office likes what they have seen from Fales.
