Cleveland Browns wide receiver Brian Hartline caught 4-of-10 targets for 32 yards and two touchdowns against the Cardinals in Week 8.
Fantasy Impact:
Facing one of the league's best secondaries, the two touchdowns were certainly a surprise. Still, it is hard to trust Hartline as more than an end-of-bench kind of player. Don't spend much time thinking about whether to start him next week against the Bengals.
