Tuli Tuipulotu inks deal with Chiefs

by Bruno Mulé | Chiefs Correspondent | Thu, Mar 20th 1:31pm EDT

DT Tuli Tuipulotu agreed to a contract with the Chiefs on Wednesday, per league sources. After being waived by the Eagles post-training camp in August, he joined Kansas City’s 53-man roster in early September. Tuipulotu saw action in Weeks 17 and 18 of 2024, logging four tackles (two solo) across those games. His new deal positions him to vie for a rotational spot on the Chiefs’ defensive line in 2025. Fantasy Impact:

Tuipulotu’s late-2024 cameo—four tackles in two games—barely registers for fantasy, even in deep IDP leagues. A rotational DT role in Kansas City might bump his snap count, but he’s miles from starter relevance without a breakout. Dynasty owners in massive rosters could stash him for depth, but redraft players can ignore him—his ceiling’s too low unless injuries gut the Chiefs’ front. Camp battles will tell if he’s worth a flyer.
