After getting franchise-tagged for the second straight year, Higgins finally gets the extension he has been looking for with the Bengals. The deal makes him the highest-paid WR2 in NFL history. Ja'Marr Chase also got his four-year extension that made him the highest-paid non-QB in NFL history.
