Fantasy Impact:

This was expected in an end of an era with Lockett in Seattle. He was drafted to be kick returner out of Kansas State, and went on to become one of the most reliable wide receivers in Seattle over the past decade. It is unclear if Lockett will continue to play. If he does, a reunion with Pete Carroll and the Raiders is possible.
