It is still possible Chubb returns to Cleveland, but the fact that they are letting him test the open market shows he likely isn't a priority. Chubb is coming off multiple season-ending injuries, so he may need to sign a short-term, prove-it deal where ever he ends up. It is unclear if he will return to his old form at 29 years old.
