Pederson was never able to recapture the magic of his first season in Jacksonville when the team won a historic come from behind victory in the playoffs over the Chargers. The Jags will now look to hire a new head coach among several different potential prospects, one of the favorites being Ben Johnson, the OC for the Lions.
