Austin Hooper caught 4-of-6 targets for 27 yards in the Patriots 23-16 win over the Bills.
Fantasy Impact:
Hooper saw the bulk of the snaps at tight end with Hunter Henry out with an injury. The 30-year-old will head to free agency after posting 476 receiving yards and three touchdowns on 45 receptions in his first season in New England.
