James Conner (knee) injured in loss to Rams

by Garrett Ball | Cardinals Correspondent | Sun, Dec 29th 9:04am EST

James Conner (knee) ran for four yards on four carries and caught two of three targets for four yards before exiting with a knee injury in the Cardinals' 13-9 loss to the Rams on Saturday. (Ian Rapoport on X)

Fantasy Impact:

Conner was questionable coming into the game but was ultimately active for the contest. The knee injury came pretty early on, and Michael Carter led the way afterward with Trey Benson having been ruled out earlier in the day. With the Cardinals eliminated from the playoffs, his status for Week 18 is in jeopardy. He no doubt wants to say he played in every game in a season, which is something he has yet to do in his career, but his health takes priority.
