Fantasy Impact:
It doesn't look like Otton has a strong chance of playing in Week 16. He's listed as doubtful to play right now, so he seems to be trending towards sitting out against the Cowboys. Payne Durham may see more work if the 25-year old is ruled out prior to kickoff.
