Fantasy Impact:
Smith will be able to practice for the Seahawks on Wednesday, according to HC Mike Macdonald. The team isn't sure how limited he will be, if at all, so fantasy managers should keep close tabs on updates out of Seattle to see if he will be available to suit up in Week 16.
