Fantasy Impact:
To no surprise, Phillips was a limited participant on Wednesday. He's still dealing with a shoulder injury, and it remains unclear whether or not he will play in Week 16. New York's secondary will be looking a lot stronger if he and Deonte Banks (rib) are available to play against the Falcons.
