Alvin Kamara undergoing further testing on groin injury

New Orleans Saints RB Alvin Kamara is dealing with a "groin [adductor] type of situation," which the veteran called "minor." Interim head coach Darren Rizzi did not speak on the severity, but Kamara will undergo further testing. (Katherine Terrell on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Initial reports indicated that Kamara would be considered day-to-day with his injury, and while that could still be the case, the Saints seem to be taking precautionary measures with their 29-year-old RB. Kamara signed an extension, and the Saints might not want to push the veteran given the circumstances. If he misses any time, RB Kendre Miller becomes an intriguing waiver wire addition during the fantasy playoffs.
