Derek Carr (hand) exits early in Week 14 win

The Saints believe that Carr may have suffered a broken left hand in Sunday's win over the Giants.
Fantasy Impact:
Carr was clearly in pain after he hit the ground hard in the fourth quarter. The team also believes that he may have suffered a concussion on the play, but based on when it happened there was no official update from the team. Carr completed 20-of-31 pass attempts for 219 yards, one touchdown, and one interception in the Saints 14-11 win over the Giants. Fantasy managers will want to monitor the Saints' practice reports heading into a Week 15 matchup with the Commanders.
