Panthers RB Jonathon Brooks (knee) has officially been ruled out for the remainder of Week 14. (Darin Gantt on Twitter )
Fantasy Impact:
Brooks was carted off the field after suffering a non-contact knee injury against the Eagles. With Raheem Blackshear also ruled out, Chuba Hubbard will see the bulk of the touches out of a thin Carolina backfield.
