Kalif Raymond (foot) to be placed on injured reserve

Detroit Lions WR Kalif Raymond will be placed on injured reserve while he recovers from a foot injury that he suffered in Week 12. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Raymond should be able to return as early as Week 17, so there is a chance he plays again this regular season. Rapoport's report as well indicated that he is expected to make a return. Raymond has served as a rotational WR for the Lions this season (seventh in receiving yards) but gets the most action on special teams (leading punt returner and over 28% of special teams snaps played). His value as a returner will need to be replaced, and the immediate option is unclear as WR Amon-Ra St. Brown is the only other Lion to return a punt in 2024.
