Raiders QB Aidan O'Connell (thumb) was designated to return to practice on Monday, opening up his 21-day window to be taken off injured reserve. (NFL.com)
Fantasy Impact:
O'Connell has not seen action since he injured his thumb in Week 7. Once he is cleared to return, he will likely be in line to start over QB Desmond Ridder, with Gardner Minshew (collarbone) now out for the season.
