Fantasy Impact:
Sanders was flipped while being tackled and landed on his head with his full body weight down on his helmet. He was placed on a backboard and was carted off the field and is unlikely to return to Sunday's game against the Chiefs. He caught all three of his targets for 49 yards prior to the injury.
