Daniel Jones has been released by the New York Giants. He made a request this morning to be released, and the Giants agreed. (Adam Schefter on X)
Fantasy Impact:
Jones signed a four-year, $160 million extension with the team just last year, but things have soured in New York since then. The team was looking to move on from Jones and potentially draft a QB in the upcoming 2025 NFL Draft given how thier season has gone, and this gives Jones a chance to find a home elsewhere.
