Fantasy Impact:
Pacheco suffered the injury on Sept. 15, and after seemingly no updates had come out, he had his 21-day window activated ahead of Week 11 for a potential return from injured reserve. He was limited all week, but it's unclear when he will be able to return to the NFL field. His situation should be monitored as he potentially aims for a return in Week 12.
