Gardner Minshew II named starter for Week 11

Raiders coach Antonio Pierce announced Gardner Minshew will start in Week 11 against the Dolphins. (Tashan Reed on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
There had been rumors of Desmond Ridder getting onto the field, but it will be Minshew drawing another start. He remains off the fantasy radar, but can support Brock Bowers and Jakobi Meyers.
