Cooper is missing his second game in a row, now being absent for two of three since being traded to Buffalo. He's been dealing with a wrist injury, and despite being listed as questionable, he will not suit up. He said earlier this week he was still getting used to catching the ball again and was sporting a soft cast, so his situation should be monitored leading into Week 11.
