Fantasy Impact:
Evans has not played since he re-aggravated his existing hamstring injury on Oct. 21. The expectation was that he would return after the team's bye in Week 11, so his continued absence is not unexpected. Tampa Bay is playing it carefully with how tricky hamstrings can be, and he will be in line for a big role when he returns given the Bucs' current injuries.
