Fantasy Impact:
Higgins missed Thursday's practice. He's still dealing with a mildly serious quad injury, and it looks like it's going to leave him sidelined for another game in Week 9. That's bad news for the fantasy value of Joe Burrow, but fantasy managers can expect him to look Ja'Marr Chase's way often in a matchup against the Raiders.
