Cleveland Browns WR Dwayne Bowe has been announced as a healthy scratch against the Raiders on Sunday. It shows how lttile the Browns think of the 31-year-old Bowe considering they rank 29th in passing offense with an average of 187.5 YPG. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Bowe sat out Week 1 and only played eight snaps, earning one target last week with Johnny Manziel under center. Travis Benjamin, Andrew Hawkins, Brian Hartline and Taylor Gabriel all have more upside in the eyes of Cleveland's front office. Don't be shocked to see Bowe ask for his release sometime soon or be on the inactive gameday list for the rest of the year. He's nearing the end of his NFL career.
