Fantasy Impact:
It doesn't look like Brooks will be ready to make his NFL debut in Week 8. The team wants to be cautious as he ramps up from a major knee injury that he suffered last year, but they will need to activate him sometime in the near future, otherwise he will not be eligible to return at all this season. Chuba Hubbard will continue to serve as Carolina's workhorse running back for at least one more work.
