Fantasy Impact:
Carr is unlikely to play on Sunday. This should come as no surprise, as he hasn't been able to participate at practice all week for the Saints. Rookie Spencer Rattler is likely to get another start for New Orleans, which is bad news for the fantasy value of players like Alvin Kamara, Chris Olave, and Taysom Hill.
