Fantasy Impact:
After being ruled out of Week 7's Thursday night win, a return was expected for Surtain barring any unexpected setbacks given his extended time to recover. The Broncos are set to face off with the Carolina Panthers, and Surtain will likely draw plenty of matchups with a banged-up Diontae Johnson, who has lined up out wide on 82% of his snaps and will potentially be catching passes from QB Bryce Young.
