The Seahawks traded LB Jerome Baker and a fourth-round draft pick to the Titans in exchange for LB Ernest Jones IV. (Tom Pelissero on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Baker was traded from the Rams to the Titans shortly before the season. He now heads back to the NFC West with Seattle where he should help out the linebacker room.
